Why a feedback form, why not just give us your email address?
The reason why I have decided to do this is quite simple: 90% of the mail I receive is spam. If you'd like to send me an attachment of any kind, please tell me so in your message. If I'm interested, I'll mail you back with an address that you can send the file to. Thanks for your understanding!
